• General Ledger Reconciliations
• Monthly VAT schedule update
• VAT Recons to balance sheet with General Ledger and VAT201
• Budget Forecast for provisional tax calculation every 6 months
• Annual Income Tax provision schedule
• Asset Register
• RMA declaration
• Commission payout calculation
• Salary Leave days – Leave bonus calculations
• Checking Time Sheets for labour broker for weekly paid employees
• Wages, Leave and Bonus calculations
• Price Updates
• Inspection Labour Department
• Proforma Invoices and reconciliation
• Inventory stock take and cycle counts

Requirements:

• BCOM Accounting or similar qualification
• 10 years experience in similar Role
• Syspro working experience or similar system (e.g. SAP, VIP, Oracle etc.)
• Experience within Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage
