Job Description

As a Website/ e-Commerce and CRM Specialist, you will create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible as well as organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans, updates and maintenance of webpages across multiple platforms and brands. You will also design the overall architecture of our web applications and evolve it to ensure maximum performance and stability overtime. You will also be responsible for our CRM’s  (Salesforce or other) system administration, including the onboarding of new users, monitoring tickets/queries, training staff and maintaining sales databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Builds, designs, and maintains all websites and software applications.
  • Designs, writes, and edits website content.
  • Understands UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.
  • Creates solutions for identified problems or bugs.
  • Executes assignments with the use of web applications, scripts, and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs including Salesforce integrations.
  • Develops and validates test routines to ensure the quality of the external and internal interface.
  • Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/portals.
  • Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
  • Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets to stay organized.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems.
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Preparing reports for sales and other departments.
