Role Overview:
We are seeking an Admin and Logistics assistance to support our logistics and administrative functions. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery and collection processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a reliable work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
– Booking deliveries and collections with suppliers and customers.
– Coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
– Maintaining and updating delivery schedules and records.
– Assisting with general administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
– Communicating with internal teams and external partners to resolve any delivery issues.
– Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and PPE standards in all logistics operations.
Qualifications:
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
– Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
– Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Previous experience in a similar role or in the safety/PPE industry is a plus but not required.
